Summertime…and well, everything is different.
In April, we did the hard work of Spring Cleaning. We made space for what was possible. In May, we watched the first new ideas sprout. And we just hit June—the exact halfway mark of the year.
Remember…Anxiety and Anticipation are the same emotion. Check your perspective.
If you look back at the goals you set in January (HA!) and feel guilt instead of excitement, take a deep breath.
You are no longer that person; you are not headed that direction, and those goals do not serve you. Say it with me. The person who wrote those goals six months ago didn’t have what you have right now. And, by the way, it is entirely OK to change your mind. Pivoting isn’t quitting.
If you’re not where you want to be this June, we are giving ourselves permission to rewrite the script as we prepare to reset for Q3.
